About Gérman Velasquez
Human and Strategic Leadership
With more than 25 years of experience, I have led teams at companies such as TigoUne, Avantel, and Claro Colombia, managing more than 1,200 employees and operations with revenues exceeding US$700 million. This experience has taught me that people are the driving force behind every business, and that their motivation and well-being are the key to sustainable success.
Achievements That Make an Impact
I have designed and implemented strategic plans that increased revenue by up to 20% year-over-year and raised customer satisfaction by 15 points. I also helped the company earn recognition as a “Great Place to Work” by fostering strong organizational cultures and high-performing teams.
Human Development Training
I am a Systems Engineer with an MBA in Business Administration and several specializations in Management, Software Engineering, and Strategic Leadership.
In the field of human development, I hold international certifications such as Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and I have completed two additional master’s-level courses in NLP, which have allowed me to gain an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of communication, motivation, and personal change. In addition, I am a Team and Personal Coach with more than 20 years of experience in Kabbalah and integrated healing techniques.
Digital Marketing and New Trends
I have complemented my business experience with an MBA in Digital Marketing and E-Commerce. In recent years, I have specialized in:
– Implementation of chatbots and AI-powered agents.
– Telephone and chat sales strategies, incorporating neuromarketing and effective communication.
– Automation of business processes using WhatsApp Business and multichannel workflows.
– Conversion funnels, digital advertising campaigns, and social media marketing.
In addition, my recent training has included one-on-one mentoring and intensive courses with industry leaders such as Álvaro Luque, Julián Otálora, Mike Munzvil, and Laura Blago, which has allowed me to incorporate the latest in digital marketing into my consulting and training strategies.
My goal today
As a coach, speaker, and trainer, I have supported more than 1,500 professionals and leaders in their personal and professional growth.
